In the past I have co-founded an IT company in Paris specialized in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), in which I was in charge of the business development (sales, marketing ans partnership), monitoring projects from an operation and financial perspective, management of consultants and project managers.
Then I was co-founder and the managing partner of the Acadomia group (European leading company in academic support at home) during 6 years, with subsidiaries in Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Poland.
I was involved in the business development across Europe and in charge of the Swiss and Polish subsidiaries, with responsibility for the supervision of people scattered in different countries.
